David & Victoria Beckham have decided to sell their Rowneybury House in Hertfordshire, England a.k.a. Beckingham Palace.
At an estimated value of £18 Million, or $28 Million, the estate is set on 4.8 hectares of land and includes amongst other things, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, mini zoo, recording studio, 7 bedrooms, pool table room, gym and tennis court.
The Beckhams purchased this property in 1999 for £2.5 Million and invested over 18 million in renovations. According to Uk media news the Sunday Mirror, the Beckhams feel at home in America and do not feel like moving the whole family back to England any time soon, in the meantime they still own another house about an hour away from London and Victoria stays at the Claridge Hotel when she comes to London town for business.
